thrive weight management

I've been on thrive for a month and have lost 20lbs with little to no exercise just my daily walking that I do at work which is about 5 miles a day. And also counting calories, not only have a I lost weight but I have the energy to make it through my 15 hour work days which start at 3:45 in the morning and still come home and have energy to play with my kids. Is anyone else on thrive?…
