Losing weight but have developed joint issues.

Hello everybody. I decided it was time to get in shape and I have been taking it seriously. I've been at it for about 10 weeks and dropped 37 lbs. I quit smoking too and my wife cannot believe what I've been doing. Problem is I now have developed elbow tendinitis and a bum knee. The knee is getting better but my arm is shot. I have a very strenuous job so I really need to be mobile and strong. Long story short, no more resistance training and I gotta lighten up my cardio. So what does this…
