Im new to exercise and need to loose about a stone maybe a little more. Ive been cutting out the rubbish and making healthier choices and smaller portions. Ive been doing lots of walking the last 6/8 weeks and now started jogging at least twice a week for 2 weeks. Im doing between 12,000-18,000 steps a day….more like 15,000 as an average. I have been doing exercise dvds too. Im a mum of 3 so cant get/ afford a gym membership.
