I really want to loose wieght before its too late i am terrified of what will happen if i dont i can walk a few miles a day does not bother me but i dont for 1 reason food i have no idea what foods to get?

I need to find food that i can eat each day of the week but its impossible :(

Can someone show me a 7 day food diet <that is easy to make> beacuse i am not a cook
