I looked up this forum as I want to lose weight.
I had to quit gym to save up money and got lazy with watching my weight.
I would greatly appreciate advice on how I can drop down from 84 kg to 75 kg.
I do want to lose more but it`s extremely hard for me to lose weight when I reach 75kg – 77 kg.
I`m 167 cm tall. I keep track of my measurements. However I have no motivation!
I`ve been thinking about watching my diet more carefully and also going swimming maybe 3 times a week….
